Sally Kehoe

Sally Kehoe (born 25 September 1986) is an Australian rower. She competed at the 2008 Summer Olympics in the women's eight where her team finished eighth overall. She was selected to represent Australia at the 2012 Summer Olympics in rowing.

Nicknamed Sal, Kehoe was born on 25 September 1986 in Toowoomba, Queensland. She went to school at Toowoomba Preparatory School before attending high school at St. Margaret's Anglican Girls School in Queensland and going on to study for a Bachelor of Business in Economics from the University of New England from 2006 to 2011.〔 , she lives in Toowoomba, Queensland.〔

Kehoe is a rower competing in women's singles, doubles, quads and eights events.〔〔〔 She competed in the World Rowing Championships in 2006 in the women's quad, with her team making the finals after beating Germany in the first heat. She competed at the 2008 Summer Olympics in the women's eight where her team finished eighth overall.
Kehoe finished 4th in the quad event at the 2011 World Rowing Championships in Bled, Slovenia.〔 She finished 5th in the quad event at the 2011 World Cup #3 in Lucerne, Switzerland.〔 She finished 3rd in the single event, 1st in the double event, 1st in the quad event and 3rd in the eight event at the 2011 Australian Rowing Championships in West Lakes, Australia.〔 She finished 5th in the eight event at the 2012 World Cup 3 in Munich, Germany and 4th in the same event at the 2012 World Cup 2 in Lucerne, Switzerland.〔 As a member of the eights crew over a 2000 metres course, she helped set a time of 6 minutes 12.36 seconds, which qualified her and the rest of the team for the Olympics.〔 She was selected to represent Australia at the 2012 Summer Olympics in rowing in the eights. Rowers in the eight boat have nicknamed their team the "Motley Crew".〔 She earned selection on the boat after a battle between ten women for eight spots. Prior to going to London, she participated in a training camp at the Australian Institute of Sport European Training Centre in Varese, Italy.
